Wednesday, January 27th, 2010

Sell My Mitsubishi Raider The all new mid sized Mitsubishi Raider pick up truck was introduced for the 2006 model year. Flexible configurations include the choice of a 4.7 liter V8 putting out 230 horsepower or a 3.7 liter, V6 delivering an admirable 210 horsepower. In typical Mitsubishi style, the Raider was distinctively designed both inside and out. In addition, it comes with a 5 year/60,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty, and for a work truck this is an extremely important feature. The suspension is enhanced and the steering is agile to give a car like feel to this mid size pick up truck. Handling the bumps in the road with ease and just as capable on road as it is off road, this truck was built for work but is a pleasure to drive.

The 2007 model is available in either crew cab/double cab or extended crew cab styles with the same engine choices as the 2006 model and is also available with a four wheel drive option. A new and refreshed interior features satin trim and satellite radio with six months worth of prepaid service.

The Mitsubishi Raider is impressively quiet yet responds appropriately in various driving conditions, including towing up to 6500 lbs. Handling is excellent, fuel economy is average for this category and upscale features are comforting but not overwhelmingly so. This truck was meant to conveniently transport both passengers and cargo within a visually different and appealing pick up truck. In addition to being recognized as Auto Pacific’s Best in Class Vehicle in the compact pick up category, Motor Trend magazine also gave high praise to the Raider for its advanced and capable suspension system. Safety and security features include remote keyless entry, airbags and body on ladder frame construction and rear and front crumple zones. Powerful, safety rich, comfortable and fuel efficient - isn’t that what everyone needs from a mid sized pick up truck? Sell my car

Sell My Mitsubishi Outlander

Thursday, January 14th, 2010

Sell My Mitsubishi Outlander In 2003 the Mitsubishi Outlander was introduced in the United States and marked Mitsubishi’s entry into the increasingly popular line of crossover SUVs. There were no frivolous or unnecessary features; it was simply larger and more attractive than a station wagon and less gas guzzling and cumbersome than a traditional SUV. The Outlander was intended for those who rarely needed off road capabilities but did need space for 5 passengers, extra room for storage and cargo and fuel efficiency. Both the LS and upscale XLS models were available with front wheel drive or optional four wheel drive and equipped with an automatic transmission and 2.4 liter inline 4 cylinder engines. The primary complaint from industry analysts and consumers was the lack of power. The standard engine often struggled to power forth the weight and size of the Outlander. The 2004 model addressed the power concerns by increasing the horsepower of the engine to a respectable 160, without considerably increasing fuel consumption.

Significant changes for the 2005 model year included the addition of a Limited trim model to the regular lineup. The Limited included all the features of the LS and XLS as well as automatic climate control, 17 inch alloy wheels and leather trimmed seats. All models received a modest upgrade to the rear, and four wheel disc brakes and airbags were now standard for all models. In 2006, the XLS model name was replaced by the SE. Fundamentally the same as the 2005 XLS, the only distinguishing difference on the SE was the addition of some eye catching exterior trim.

The Mitsubishi Outlander was totally redesigned for the 2007 model year. The unique exterior design is more curvaceous, sporty and definitely more stylish than the majority of its competition in the cross over SUV category. The slightly longer and wider size now accommodates a third row seat, and while not extremely comfortable for adults it provides functional seating. Both the second and third row seats fold down to increase the cargo area. The most significant change for 2007 is the larger motor-a 3.0 V6 boasting 220 horsepower. Also worth mentioning is the split rear hatch that lifts up for loading and also has a tailgate that goes down to make loading and unloading extremely easy. The stable yet entertaining ride, comfortable interior and sporty exterior make the Outlander worth considering as a functional and enjoyable form of transportation. Sell my car

Sell My Mitsubishi Lancer

Monday, January 4th, 2010

Sell My Mitsubishi Lancer The Mitsubishi Lancer compact sedan debuted for the 2002 model year as the replacement for the Mitsubishi Mirage. There was initially very little to distinguish this vehicle from the many others in the fairly crowded and affordably priced compact sedan marketplace. Three trim levels were offered to accommodate the three common economy car shopper personalities - those shopping for the lowest price with the most options, those who appreciate characteristically sporty features and those who desire a little more luxury. All models were powered by the same 2.0 liter engine that delivered a respectable 120 horsepower.

Sales of the Lancer were not astounding in its first couple of years and it took the arrival of the Lancer Ralliart and Sportback models in 2004 to peak consumer interest. Suddenly this small sedan was no longer lethargic in performance or appearance. The 2.4 liter inline 4 cylinder engine produced 162 horsepower was peppy and allowed for swift acceleration. Both the Ralliart and the Sportback had a roomy interior and an attractive sport oriented design that included striking white face gauges, rear spoilers, sport seats and 16″ alloy wheels. A stiffer suspension and finely tuned exhaust system contributed to the nimble handling and fun to drive factor.

For the 2006 model year, the Lancer received a revised exterior that included a new front and rear fascia and a sporty black mesh grille enhances the sport trim models. Further enhancing the athletic image are new exterior lights and redesigned wheels. The interior was also outfitted with a dark titanium steering wheel while aluminum accents highlight the pedals and shift knobs. A redesigned Lancer is expected for the 2008 model year, but in the meantime those who are seeking a sport themed and reliable compact sedan would be wise to take a look at the Mitsubishi Lancer. Sell My Mitsubishi Galant

Tuesday, December 29th, 2009

Sell My Mitsubishi Galant The 1994 through 1998 model year Mitsubishi Galant did not attract much attention in the United States. This midsize sedan had a more distinctive exterior than others in its class, yet it also had an uncomfortably small interior, few comfort and convenience options and the 4 cylinder engine lacked the power and refinement required under even the slightest bit of pressure. In 1999, the Galant arrived with a much needed V6 engine that exhibited 230 horsepower and a redesigned interior and exterior, as well as more balanced suspension system. This version was basically unchanged throughout the 2003 model year and represented an entry-level, affordably priced economy car.

In 2004, the Galant was redesigned once again, and the enhancements added to the overall dimensions of the car providing a much more comfortable cabin. For the 2007 model year, the midsize sedan received another makeover that included a redesigned chrome highlighted front grille and new rear bumper. Available as the DE, ES , GTS and Ralliart models, the DE is the base model which includes power accessories, keyless entry, adjustable driver seat and air conditioning. The ES adds alloy wheels, a moon roof, leather upholstery and a premium sound system. The GTS sport version further enhances the base model with 17″ alloy wheels, heated leather seats and a sporty rear spoiler. The Ralliart kicks it up a notch with a finely tuned sport suspension system and 18″ alloy wheels as well as options that include automatic climate control and a navigation system. sell truck

For the 2007 model year, the Mitsubishi Galant was the recipient of a significant makeover that included new chrome enhanced front and rear fascias. The Ralliart model is equipped with a sport tuned suspension, power sunroof, heated leather seats and a premium sound system. The Ralliart also includes 18-inch alloy wheels and a 258-horsepower 3.8-liter engine. Fuel efficiency is not impressive for a V6 and the ride can feel a little stiff, otherwise this is a family sedan worth looking at. Sell my car

Sell My Mitsubishi Endeavor

Saturday, December 19th, 2009

Sell My Mitsubishi Endeavor The Mitsubishi Endeavor mid size SUV debuted late in 2004 and introduced style to the somewhat boxy and dull designed SUV’s available on the market. Exaggerated wheel flares and a bold front end design quickly distinguished this SUV from the others. The 3.8 liter, V6 engine was capable of 215 horsepower and would tow up to 3500 lbs. and a fully independent suspension provided a smooth and well controlled ride. Three models were available-the LS, XLS and the Limited, all featuring good acceleration and a 4 speed automatic transmission. The second row of seats in each model folded down to accommodate up to 76 cubic feet of cargo, which was not as roomy as some other SUV’s on the market, but satisfied those who were willing to sacrifice a little bit of room for the distinctively different and appealing design. All models were also available with all wheel drive or front wheel drive. sell car

For the 2005 model year, changes were minor but included standard side airbags on all models and a standard anti theft system for the XLS model. In 2006, the XLS model was discontinued due to lagging sales, but the LS and Limited were upgraded to include traction control and anti lock brakes as part of the standard package.

The 2007 Mitsubishi Endeavor received minor changes including a new SE trim level that includes heated leather seats and satellite radio. In addition to the previous discontinuation of the XLS model, the Limited was also dropped from the lineup, leaving only the SE and LS models. This was a strategic move on behalf of Mitsubishi to accommodate the perceived desires of consumers and provide a more comfortable and luxurious mid size SUV with higher quality materials as opposed to a transportation powerhouse with multiple seating and cargo configurations. A long list of comfort and convenience features in addition to ample room for 5 make a ride in the Endeavor a very pleasurable one. Sell your car

Sell My Mitsubishi Eclipse

Tuesday, December 8th, 2009

Sell My Mitsubishi Eclipse Though Mitsubishi opened dealerships in the United States in 1982, their vehicles did not garner much interest until the introduction of the Eclipse in 1990. The Eclipse replaced the Starion sport coupe, which most Americans had taken little to no notice of. The new coupe, however, was the result of a joint venture between Mitsubishi and Chrysler and was an affordable, agile and compact sports car. It was originally available in 5 styles, including the GSX turbo which was available in all wheel drive with all other models being equipped with front wheel drive. The compact coupe was equipped with either a 1.8 liter inline 4 cylinder or a 2.0 liter inline 4 cylinder engine, with top of the line models featuring an outstanding turbo charged engine. Although there was a backseat in this technically four passenger vehicle, it was small and uncomfortable for adults. From the front, the instrument panel and seats were contoured nicely, wrapping around the driver in true sports car fashion, while the front seat passenger had ample room from which to sit back and enjoy the ride.

There have been four generations of the Mitsubishi Eclipse, though changes have were relatively minor until the third generation was introduced in 2000. The new Eclipse was no longer available with all wheel drive or a turbocharged engine, however three trim styles were available-the RS, GS and GT- which were now equipped with a 2.4 liter inline 4 or a more robust 3.0 V6 engine. The 2000 models sported a new suspension system and a bevy of new standard and optional features that included an anti theft system, alloy wheels, power windows and door locks and an adjustable drivers seat. Upscale models included a power sunroof, fog lights and a split folding rear seat. Additional improvements for the 2000 model year include improved quality interior materials. The design was spunky, genuinely attractive and definitely attention grabbing. sell your car online

In 2006 the forth generation of Eclipse debuted with a widened wheel base which improved handling. The inside gained a little more front seat head and shoulder room and the interior materials now consisted of much better quality materials. The fun and speedy factor was further enhanced with the 2.4 liter engine upping the horsepower to 162 and a 3.8 liter V6 engine that delivered 263 horsepower. Standard equipment on both the GS and GT models included keyless entry, rear spoiler and a superior audio system with CD player.

The 2007 Mitsubishi Eclipse has been furthered enhanced with an SE trim level to accommodate drivers who prefer the fuel efficient 4 cylinder with a good portion of the sport features and options that had previously only been available on the 6 cylinder models like leather upholstery and an upgraded sound system. Buyers seeking a fuel efficient compact car with enhanced performance features will not be disappointed in the Eclipse Sell your car
