Sell My BMW M6

Continuing with its tradition of launching new vehicles, BMW launched the M6 in 1983. BMW took the engine of the M1 and the body of the 6 series and called the new born vehicle the M6. The BMW M6 was popular with the buyers for its outer style and good road speed. The M6 could be distinguished from the 6 series by the huge air outlets, and the liberal use of the M label on the car’s body. The M6 was fitted with a S38 engine which could do 90 kilometers per hour in 6.4 seconds flat. When BMW stopped rolling out the M6 in 1989, 5855 of the vehicles were left on the European and North American roads.

By the next year, Alpina introduced the B6, a BMW 3 Series whose standard 4-cylinder was swapped out for a 6-cylinder engine. Sell My BMW 3 Series

The BMW 3 Series has undergone five generations of significant changes in the model. It has withstood several complete overhauls of the exterior, engine upgrades and its fair share of criticism for being the highest priced vehicle in its category. Nevertheless, BMW has continued producing one of the best ranked compact luxury vehicles on the road. And, even though the price was steep, the 3 Series succeeded in generating over 40% of all of BMW’s sales for the 2005 fiscal year.

Sell My BMW 1 Series

The BMW 1 Series was first released to the public in 2004. BMW has marketed the 1 Series as a smaller luxury sedan. In keeping with BMW’s record of classiness, the 1 Series continues the lineage of elegant design. The 1 Series is a rare breed though. Not only does it have rear-wheel drive, the engine is mounted lengthwise as well, a departure from the likes of the Nissan Altima and its longitudinal configuration. The 1 Series took the place of the 3 Series in BMW’s lineup. Major changes were not made until the 2007 model year when a three-door hatchback version of the car was introduced.

Consumers had a choice of either front wheel drive or Audi’s proprietary Quattro all wheel drive system. A five-speed manual was standard, while a six-speed manual was optional. Along with its low-slung, ultramodern styling, the TT boasted an equally unique interior featuring polished aluminum accents and impeccable fit and finish. A roadster version was added to the lineup the following year, as did a 225 horsepower engine. Although this coupe had a back seat, it was not practical or comfortable for adults, and many found it too small for children.
